This is a ride that I have been cycling for years, but there were always roadworks somewhere. I think they are all behind us now. It's a nearly flat ride but not really suitable for larger groups because I often prefer narrow but paved paths. In Diest "Webbekomsbroek" there is a gravel path for a bit, but it is perfectly rideable with a racing bike. It can sometimes be quite busy around the pond in Bokrijk, so be careful.
