During this calm walking route of 4.8 kilometers, you will discover the charming nature of Flanders. You start at junction 93 and let yourself be guided through the Ketshoek nature reserve, where you can experience the tranquility of the flora and fauna. Here, you can enjoy the fresh air and the sounds of nature around you. Next, you come to the Dender, where you walk along the towpath. Take a moment to relax on a bench by the old sluice bridge of Wieze, an ideal spot to enjoy the view of the river. The route is mostly unpaved and car-free, allowing you to fully enjoy the serene surroundings. Immerse yourself in nature and experience the simplicity of a healthy walk, step by step.
