During this walking route, you will discover the tranquility and beauty of the Brussels metropolitan area. You start at the informal garden of the Storms country estate, a charming place full of history. Soon, you will enter the Eygenveldbos, an ancient forest that takes you back to the former agricultural culture of Sint-Martens-Bodegem. The route is of medium difficulty and winds over unpaved paths through nature, with 48 meters of elevation that offer you a beautiful view. This circular tour of 5.6 kilometers is mostly car-free, allowing you to fully enjoy the surrounding nature. Let your thoughts wander and breathe in the fresh air as you step by step discover the hidden gems of this region.
