Imagine: a peaceful walk through the history of Ressegem, where architecture and nature go hand in hand. This 4.9-kilometer route begins at the Rectory of the Saint Mauritius Parish, a charming place with a walled front garden and a large garden inviting you to pause for a moment. Next, you will encounter the Saint Mauritius Church, a witness to the rich history of the region, where more than 70 fiefs were once under the influence of powerful families. The route continues to the Chapel of Our Lady of Assistance, a beautiful example of local architecture from 1713. Enjoy the car-free surroundings while absorbing the tranquility of nature and the stories of the past. This circular walk offers you the opportunity to refresh both your mind and body, step by step.
