Beautiful relaxing cycling route in the vicinity of the Mandelbeek with lovely meadows, fields, and farmlands surrounding it.
The section between 9.81 km and 12.82 km is quite challenging for beginners or recreational cyclists with little experience because the surface of
these paths is not paved and is partially overgrown with grass. However, it is very well maintained and poses no problem for most recreational cyclists.
This area can also be muddy in the wet season and is not suitable. For this stretch, I would rate the difficulty level as 4, but for the rest of the route, it scores a 2 and is suitable in all
seasons.
Because of the beautiful nature experience, I wanted to keep this stretch.
Recommended: cycle straight from km 9.81 on the Ommegangstraat to km 12.82 to avoid this zone if desired.
