On Saturday, March 7, 2026, the Ename Classic will festively ring in the new cycling season with the opening ride of the Proximus Cycling Challenge. This is the appointment for every cycling enthusiast who wants to test their legs after the winter months. Whether you trained all winter or just woke up from your cycling winter sleep — the Ename Classic is the ideal starting shot for a new season full of cycling pleasure. The tour combines everything a successful ride needs: some lesser-known but challenging climbs, smooth connecting stretches, and beautiful views of the Flemish landscape along the way. A varied route that invites you to build up the pace, measure your condition, and above all, enjoy cycling.

Start and finish are located in Oudenaarde, a city with a rich cycling history and a constant on the Flemish cycling map. Participants can choose from four distances: 65 km, 90 km, 120 km, or 150 km, so both recreational riders and more sporty cyclists can find their ideal challenge.
