Departure and arrival at the church of Hillegem, from there we walk into Diepestraat. Through the valley of the Cotthembeek we walk towards Oombergen and from there to the Minnebeeklos, where the Minnebeek motte is located next to a small pond (private property). We walk through the forests via small paths towards the Oombergse forests and make a detour to the Cotthem neighborhood with the Mariagrot.
The Cotthembos is nearby, and we traverse the entire forest lengthwise and arrive in Sint-Lievens-Houtem. After a short distance on the street, we enter the Oude Heerweg and walk via slow paths in the shade of the trees and then through the fields, back to the church of Hillegem.
