- departure: Sint-Petruskerk Kwerps: the court church + castle of Quarebbe Kwerps (disappeared, now Sint-Pietersplein)
- Follow Kwerpse baan
- left presbytery Kwerps, continue until
- Rijckelenberghoeve: Erps island 1
- At the intersection, follow the Oude Baan to the right.
- after 150 m Chapel of Our Lady of Assistance
- left Hof ter Netelen
- Turn right to Hof van de Heren van Lathem via footpath
- drove in front of the castle to the cemetery via footpath 74
- after 100 m on the left castle Hof ter Brugge: Erps (north of the Wiesbeek)
- take footpath 76 on the right at Hof ter Brugge Castle next to the football grounds of Sporting Erps-Kwerps
- At the end of footpath 76 Kasteelstraat take to the left.
- we walk past the road, which went to the Hof van Ransem

- Hof ten Driesche or Ransemhoeve: Erps island 2
- return to church Kwerps
- turn left: footpath no. 76 or Borhoutweg
- right of the road no. 76: Bollard's toys: Erps in 1749 (we see here the back of one wing of the square farm)
- Follow road no. 76.
- at + fork turn right: road no. 100 or take the Zielekensweg. This opens into the Vissegatstraat next to the house no. 113)
- Vissegatstraat to the left
- inn 'Au faubourg d'Erps on the corner': Erps island 6 (now: the houses nos. 115 and 117)
- Follow Vissegatstraat
- On the left follow the Lobekeweg or road no. 99 (against house no. 143)
- house Camille Van Tilt: Erps island 7 (house no. 131)
- continue walking to the forest
- house Felix Van Tilt: Erps island 8 (house no. 133)
- return to Vissegatstraat
- Turn left onto Vissegatstraat
- house ranger Ferdinand Vleminckx van Kwerps: Erps eiland 9 (no. 147, left of the street)
- house August Vanderauwera: Erps eiland 10 (no. 157, left of the street)
- house Louis Van Tilt: Erps eiland 11 (no. 171, left of the street)
- house Emile Behets: Erps eiland 12 (no. 150, right of the street)
- house blacksmith Huys: Erps eiland 13 (no. 152, right of the street), would be demolished
- house Louis De Koninck: Erps eiland 14 (no.154, right of the street)
- house Louis Hendrickx: Erps eiland 15 (no. 156, right of the street)
- house Cornelius Perdieus: Erps island 16 (nos. 160-162, right of the street) (no. 162 has already been demolished and replaced by new houses)
- house Jozef De Quick: Erps eiland 17 (no. 166, demolished, here is now the new home of city councillor Lia Vandeven )
- at the end of Vissegatstraat we see Chapel of Our Lady of the Seven Sorrows
- Take Bruulstraat to the right
- house Jan-Baptist Thijs: Erps eiland 18 (house no. 2, right)
- we walk past the Drogeweg or footpath 88 (located on the right)
From 12 to 18 there was one block of Erps: disappeared tenant court
- Peeters farm on the left (Bruulstraat 19)
- Pachthof van Stie (Bruulstraat 22) on the right
- we turn left past the Hof van Sint-Elisabeth street.
- inn In de Pruim: Erps eiland 19 (no. 35 left, house with year 1784)
- Turn straight street to the left
- Hof ten Bruul or Pachthof van Sint-Elisabeth: Erps eiland 20 (Rechtestraat no. 1)
- On the left, take road no. 86 or Perenweg.
- ends at Olmenhoekstraat (formerly Kievitstraat) where we turn left to the next 2 Erpse islands
- Felix Verhoeven farm: Erps eiland 21 (Olmenhoekstraat no. 22)
- house Cornelis Coppens : Erps eiland 22 (Olmenhoekstraat no. 24)
Islands 19 to 22 were the goods of the Monastery of Saint Elisabeth in Brussels.
- we follow the Olmenhoekstraat to the right until the end until the Rechtestraat
- Rechtestraat: turn left
- farm of Guilielmus Janssens: Erps eiland 23 (no. 38 right)
- farm of August Poels: Erps eiland 24 (no. 42 right)
- we continue to follow the Rechtestraat
- house Constant Anthoon: Erps eiland 25 (no. 68 right)
- walk a little further (past Ijssalon Germaine and take Diestbrugstraat on the right, here also known as Kleine Diestbrugstraat or Distelweg
- farm Louis Stroeykens: Erps island 27 (nos 20 and 22 links)
- farm Jan -Baptist De Coninck: Erps eiland 26 (no. 18 left)
The islands 26 and 27 formed the Hof van Nederbruul or the Hof van Paffenrode
- Diestbrugstraat continue straight ahead, after a while turns into footpath 44, continue to follow it until the Chapel of Our Lady in Velde
- take the neighbourhood road no. 22 to the left. Galgenweg (formerly Kaasweg)
- Hof te Velde: Kwerps (right of the track)
- we come to the crossroads in the field: the Kruiske
- Take Dalweg or buurtweg 23 on the right.
- arrive at Haaggatstraat which we take further to the left
- Chapel of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart (left)
a little further to the right was the HAGEDOCHT CASTLE: Erps (between Vissegatstraat, Haaggatstraat and Broeckhovenweg)
- Old Dairy of the Farmers' Union
- Chapel of Our Lady in the Vissegatstraat right in front of us at the end of Haaggatstraat
- Take Vissegatstraat to the left
- farm of Guilielmus Van Aarschot: Erps island 3 (no. 18 left)
- right/right opposite: private road to house numbers (3 houses at the back : TOYS OF BOLLARD in 1749 Erps)
- Return and turn right and take Haagatstraat and after about 20 m on the right take the Processieweg (formerly Kerkweg), right in front of the tower of Hagedocht.
The road was where the new garage now stands next to the Oude Melkerij

- inn 'In de Boerenhol': Erps eiland 5 (nos. 8 and 10 right)
The Erpse islands 3, 4 and 5 formed the Pachthof Vanderhulst in the 18th century (see map in large hall Heritage House)
- we cross the Kouterstraat
- we follow the extension of the Procession Road behind Café De Schuur, footpath no. 82, and pass the church of Kwerps: the lord of Hagedocht could thus avoid the church of Kwerps to go to the church of Erps
