Beautiful flat but long route along the Scheldt and Dender. From Herzele to Schoonaarde, Dendermonde, Denderleeuw, Ninove, Aalst, and back.
In Dendermonde, instead of crossing the bridge over the Scheldt, you can briefly continue along the Jaagpad to Baasrode, take the ferry there, and return to Dendermonde on the other side. This way, you can effortlessly reach 100 km!
Suitable for individuals or small groups of road cyclists and very good leisure cyclists.
