The water route par excellence. This flat loop takes you through the heart of De Wijers with its 1001 ponds and historic domains. You start in Domein Kiewit, then you cycle past Herkenrode Abbey site and Domein Bokrijk. There you cross a pond, with the water on both sides at eye level. In Zonhoven, be sure to climb the 15 meter high observation tower with a view over the pond landscape.
