Antwerp Urban Trail 2015-03-15, 12 km.

The entire loop, from start to finish, was recorded with a Gopro3 by Herman (http://www.hermandesmet.be/). I did the editing and mixing myself.
It is not 10.5 km, but exactly 12 km long. The video lasts about 32 minutes, showing the most important passages at normal speed.

In the order of numbering, you will find the following:
1. Dancing cheerleaders at the START;
2. The work on the Pré-Metro tunnel Stuivenberg to Sint-Willibrordus, which began in the golden years of 1977 (suspended in 1989 and never put into operation until today -2015 or 38 years after the start of construction) (almost 600 m long)
3. District House Borgerhout;
4. Antwerp Central Station, with 3 beautiful panoramic views (the most beautiful station in the world: http://www.hln.be/hln/en/8798/travel/photoalbum/detail/2007382/1435848/0/The-12-most-beautiful-stations-in-the-world.dhtml);
5. The city park with the beautiful white suspension bridge;
6. The Gasthuis tunnel with Scottish bagpipers;
7. The Botanical Garden;
8. The Bourla Foyer;
( ) The storytelling tree, a beautiful artwork with the ten branches of wonder, on a white wall in the Wapper;
9. The palace on Meir;
( ) The Boeren tower;
10. The brown café De Pelikaan;
11. The town hall with the Brabo statue (Silvius Brabo is a folkloric figure from Antwerp. According to legend, he was a Roman soldier who killed the giant Druon Antigoon, cut off his hand, and threw it into the Scheldt. He has become the official symbol of the city of Antwerp);
12. The Old Stock Exchange;
13. The Sint-Paulus Church;
( ) Graffiti by Walen on a side wall in the Huikstraat - Wooden bridge;
14. The Felix warehouse with greeting guardians in old attire;
15. The MAS, Museum aan de Schelde;
( ) A three-master at the quay;
16. The London drawbridge
17. The finish at Park Spoor Noord.

Still, the loop seemed to me to be more than 12 km, with all the curves and turns, be that as it may.
Consider the various narrow passages where one always has to wait. It is a leisure-oriented loop and not a competitive route!

Nice loop in a beautiful setting; many steps (most of which were walked).
