Round of Slow Road Signs Weerde (7,5km)

This circuit in Weerde of about 7.5km has been made so that you can get acquainted with all neighborhood and pedestrian roads in Weerde that received an official name sign at the end of April 2015. You will also encounter other name signs of neighborhood roads (from a previous signage campaign).

The POIs therefore mainly contain the names from the Atlas der Buurtwegen (1843) at the exact location where they were placed by the municipality.

REMARK!
The intersection Limietvoetweg-Heidevoetweg is easily accessible.
A few meters away, at the intersection Limietvoetweg-Tinelvoetweg, the northern path to the Senneberm after the goeispurt der netels is best done with long pants. This footpath runs against the closure of a horse pasture northwards, and just at the Zenneverkorting, there is still a small slate stream to jump over and the Senne verge - fairly steep but short - to go up. This is a fun challenge for young people. For people of years, this small piece is not appropriate. You then take in the bend of the Limietvoetweg, a path that leads to the slightly more northerly (50 m) dead-end street 'Achterbroeken' (in between a small wooden path-bridge over a small stream), and along there to the Damstraat over the Senne. A piece of Limietvoetweg-Tinelvoetweg is then skipped, but is designated for those people!
