Nayakker via Kleine Losweg (11km)

This quiet walking / walking / cycling path along mainly low-traffic asphalt roads takes you past the Nayakker area where it is wonderful to stay. Quiet loop throughout the year, but especially in spring and autumn when the sun is shining but still does not have full power. For most of the loop you can then benefit from the sun's heat that warms the entire quiet loop from southeast to southwest kwasi.

The drawn loop starts at the parking lot of the VK Weerde football field and takes you via some slow roads (Kleine Losweg, slow roads around relegem nursing home) and the beautiful pollard willows along the Singelweg to the Nayakker. There you pass Zemst-Laar and Zemst-Bos, and via a crossing at the Linterpoortenlaan you pass Eppegem via another paved field road. Along all these traffic-free paths there are beautiful views over the fields to the various village centers, as well as several picturesque chapels to admire.
The return to Weerde is once again along a pollard willow road over the Senne.

The loop is entirely drawn along paved or paved paths, so that a stroller or other three/four-wheelers can find their liking perfectly. On the way you will also find the petting zoo het Gulderijtje and a stud farm along which many horses can be admired (-first maximize your browser, then click on the Interactive map to enlarge / drag the map, then click on a POI in the map, then possibly enlarge the photo in the right column by clicking on it-).

Twice a crossing has to be made over the Brusselsesteenweg, and at one of these the center of Zemst has to be cut.
