The region between Kruishoutem, Oudenaarde and Kluisbergen, also known as the ante-room of the Flemish Ardennes, is little known to hikers and cyclists. If you are looking for silence, solitude, and wide landscapes, you will find these in abundance here. The mighty ridge of the Flemish Ardennes is always visible in the distance.
