From Couvin to the Col du Liry (2x) and Roc La Tour between the Meuse and Semois in the French Ardennes. The ascent to the Col du Liry from Bogny-sur-Meuse offers a beautiful view of the valley. The long climb between Revin and Rocroi becomes difficult towards the end as it gets steeper, but mainly because you've already climbed so much before. Due to construction work on the Couvin bypass, it is currently (September 2016) not possible to follow the planned route. There is a detour marked with signs, but ultimately I found that I had gone in circles. To avoid getting lost, I then took the much too busy road to Couvin, but that's mainly downhill, which proved to be helpful.
