The Spuibeek hiking trail is an adventurous variant of the Broekelei hiking trail. Closer to nature, this path creates a 4.5 km long loop along the most exciting places of Broekelei, Keerberg's largest nature reserve. Marked with YELLOW HEXAGONS and the Natuurpunt logo. If you take a quiet walk early in the morning or in the evening at dusk, you have the chance to observe deer.
Since the construction of a BRIDGE OVER THE DIJLE in November 2023, the hiking route to and from the Dijle has been adjusted. The GPX route on Routeyou has also been changed.
