In combination with the main road and the East-West variant, you can make a smaller loop on the Streek-GR Haspengouw with this southern crossing.

The Streek-GR Haspengouw received the ROUTE OF THE YEAR award at the Fiets en Wandelbeurs in 2016.

Haspengouw is mainly known as a fruit-growing region. In spring, it is the flowers that charm you, in late summer and autumn, juicy fruits are hung on the trees. But there is much more, every season. You walk through precious valleys of streams, castles and monumental farms, agricultural villages and many hidden green gems. On the plateaus, you can enjoy a vast landscape, where the views sometimes reach as far as Liège. Landscape, nature and culture go hand in hand here and knead a beautiful landscape.
