The GR Regional Green Belt takes you on a long loop all around the Brussels region through three sub-regions of Flemish Brabant: Pajottenland, Brabantse Kouters and Dijleland. A surprisingly green drive through the heart of the country with chivalrous castles, beautiful forests, authentic pubs and rolling fields.
The main advantage of the route is the frequent and good connections – even on weekends – with the centre of Brussels. The entire Streek-GR is therefore perfect for walking in 9 daily steps. You can combine the Streek-GR with the junction walks of Tourism Flemish Brabant at different locations.
