This blue loop leads through the Bulskampveld forest. You mostly walk on unpaved paths. Most of the time, they are wide avenues, with narrow paths here and there. You walk from the starting point (Parking Aanwijs) past a viewpoint over the Aanwijsputten (Nature Reserve), towards the castle/visitor center and back.
Near the castle, there is an herb garden, a large playground, and a place to eat and drink. There is also a children's path with natural obstacles (Expedition Bulskampveld) nearby. So this is definitely a nice route to walk or stroll with children.
Trained runners can combine the blue loop with the nature run in the Vagevuurbosch, which can also be started from the Parking Aanwijs.
