GR 565 Sniederspad | Regional GR Kempen

For hikers who love sandy soils with fragrant pine forests, this Kempen hike is a feast. As soon as you leave the village center of Tielen or the city of Herentals, you have loose sand under your feet. The path meanders through numerous small and large nature reserves. You pass through a collection of typical Kempen biotopes: dense forests, barren heathlands
and quiet moors alternate. The heath blooms beautifully purple from mid-August to mid-September. In autumn, you walk this path through a magnificent sea of colors.
