GR 128 Flanders Route | Regional GR Haspengouw

This walk takes you through the Demer Valley. Once you leave the source area of the Demer with its extensive moorlands and meadows behind, you find yourself in the southern Limburg Haspengouw. Along the way, you wander through some beautiful nature reserves and picturesque village centers. A gently hilly landscape leads you through the Jeker Valley to Tongeren, the oldest city in Belgium.
