Go to the Saint-Michel church (Place Saint-Michel) in Chantemelle, district of Etalle. Departure from the church on the left, along the main road towards Châtillon and Saint-Léger. Turn left and turn fifty meters after the turn, on the Voie-de-Meix, right on the track next to house number 27. The asphalt track quickly becomes a wide dirt road and takes you along two narrow forest strips into a beautiful mixed forest. Walk in the forest after 350 meters at the fork on the left (red p ijl on tree) and half a meter further you will pass in front of a white building. After another half kilometer you will arrive at an asphalt track. Cross and walk straight. On the left is the Jean Dulieu cross, in memory of a cattle dealer who was robbed and murdered here long ago. A kilometer further you go left at the fork (around the blue sign No. 2) and after 200 meters you are at a beautiful large lake. Go right along the water and once past the water basin run right on the asphalt.

A little further on, you have remains and an information panel of the David blast furnace, an oven with a history of more than four centuries. Past and next to house number 10, you walk to the left on a narrow and asphalted bike and pedestrian path. After just over 500 meters (there is a riverbank), leave the walking and cycling path on the right and go down on a forest path (blue sign GB). After 300 meters you enter the buildings of Châtillon. Continue straight towards the village church, Eglise Saint-Pierre. Cross the N82 and walk straight into the church on Rue du Pachy, then straight on Rue Edouard Ned. On the left, you see a public washing area, the Lavoir de Coquenette tunnel. Continue for 100 meters at the fork in Au Pré des Fonds. Soon you will walk in a green and open landscape.

After a kilometer, you plunge back into the forest. After 300 meters, ignore the exit on the left and continue straight. The stream at the bottom left is the stream of Wachet. 600 meters further, you will arrive at the Hermitage and Chapel of Wachet whose history dates back to 1559. Walk straight along an impressive row of Stations of the Cross chapels. After the Way of the Cross, you have a series of beehives and honey bee information panels on the left. Walk to the T-junction, now on the asphalt, right and after 100 meters left. At the roundabout, turn right. First of all, you go through the stream of Wachet and 30 meters further, you have a public laundry. To the left of the washing area, go up a narrow asphalt track, Ruelle Giffe. Once at the top, cross the N82 and continue, slightly upwards, towards the Town Hall and Cuisine sauvage. Leave the rue du Château on the left and ignore the direction Etalle en Vance on the right and walk straight, slightly up, in the Voie de Chantemelle towards Cuisine sauvage.

At the fork, keep left on the wider asphalt track and 250 meters further, where the asphalt bends to the left, go straight on a dirt road between a stable and a barn. In the forest, choose the right at the fork, ignore the direction PK35 and continue straight ahead and go up. At the next fork, keep left on the clearest forest road. At another fork, continue on the hollow road. 150 meters after the hollow road, you cross a wider forest road with the cross of Celestin on the left. Walk straight and 100 meters further to the fork, then straight into the hollow road. After 350 meters, you are at the Wild Cuisine, and at the Rouge-Eau. Walk to the left and after 30 meters to the right. After more than a kilometre at the T-junction, turn right and after 400 metres at another T-junction on the left. Now, more than half a kilometer straight ahead and once out of the forest, you arrive at a beautiful chapel of Our Lady of Lourdes. Walk left on the asphalt in one lane towards the church. Before crossing the big track, you have a nice calvary on the left.
