Calm start through the suburbs of Aalst, Denderleeuw, Ninove, and Roosdaal.
Once the warm-up is over, the legs will be tested on the Nellekensberg. After that, a nice loop in the beautiful Pajottenland, before we head onto Walloon soil, with picturesque passages around Edingen and Opzullik (including the challenging passage through Bois de Silly). From then on, we will gradually head back, with two more climbs on the agenda (a lesser-known side of the Congoberg in Galmaarden and the Waagstraat in Herzele). The final gently hilly roads of Erpe-Mere will eventually bring us back to the Kring in Aalst.
