A wonderful and varied hike that begins at the Abbey of Averbode, a place that is freely accessible and definitely worth a visit. The trail goes through the Catselt nature reserve, passes Molenstede, and winds its way further through the Demerbroeken area. Finally, the path leads back to the starting point via Mariapark.
