A walk on Belgian and Dutch territory, an oasis of 600 hectares with heathland, fens, forests, grasslands and where the Dommel winds its way. Two lookouts, two birdwatching huts with one at high altitude, a wobbly suspension bridge over the Dommel, free-running galloway cattle and it looks purple from the 'naked beguines', (in the month of September)

Spacious parking at the visitor center De Wulp in the Tussenstraat 10, 3910 Pelt or Neerpelt according to the GPS.
Various walks are offered such as a wheelchair path 'Hubert Lehaenpad' '1.5 km; Hagevenpad 6.7 km, Tweelandenpad 9.7 km
I did a combination here that connects all the fun trails. I have to admit the part of the red route, which runs over the Grote Heide, with a distance of 2 km of public road, I did not like it at all with passing cars, this part is not included.
