Between Sambre and Maas!
Here is a route that is not too technical and has a manageable elevation difference, leading towards the highlands of the left bank of Namur.
The program includes the forests of Cabaca and Vecquée.
At kilometer 11, the route will take you into the depths of Malonne, only to then climb back up at the cemetery of the municipality... Sweat is guaranteed on this short kilometer ascent!
Afterward, you can enjoy a flat area on a ridge from where you can see Floreffe and the Sambre Valley to your right.
The route descends gently to Buzet before returning to another part of Malonne (quarter Piroy and its chapel, which has become the brewery "du clocher" and produces Philomène).
The ascent to Bois-de-Villers is relatively calm, alternating between small drivable roads and paths.
Be careful when crossing some more significant roads at the end of the route!
