This walk uses the GR 128 and the Streek-GR Heuvelland.

When you say Heuvelland, you immediately think of an open space with a few hills. Via the Provincial Domain on the south flank of the Kemmel and Monteberg you step to the Zwartemolenhoek and the Ravensberg. This second row of hills was the setting for the religious controversies in the 16th century. At the Meulen Houck, a neighborhood between Belle/Bailleul and the Zwarteberg/Mont-Noir, you start the retreat. Street names reveal that you are walking on and over the national border. On the
on a return trip you can enjoy the nature reserve Het Eeuwenhout and the Kemmelberg, with its 156 m the second highest point in Flanders, is the last obstacle of the day.
