We walk in the fertile valley along the Molenbeek. This spring-rich area provides the water supply for Sint-Truiden. Native trees, old cherry high-stem orchards, ponds, and pools create a natural biotope. During the summer, a flock of sheep grazes the waiting basin of Maasrode. The small blue walking loop is a pleasant place to romp with the children and enjoy the peace and the beautiful surroundings.
