The Aschputten are located between recreation center De Mosten and the river Mark and are 10 ha in size. The first purchase for the Aschputten dates back to 2000. Then about 2 ha was purchased by the then Wielewaal. The area consists of fairly dry to moist grasslands with small landscape elements.
