A beautifully flat and very varied route that starts at the station of Bruges. We briefly follow the GR5A before continuing on the GR129. In the last kilometers, we navigate away from the GR to the station of Beernem.
Parking is available near the station of Beernem (It's best to park near Stationsstraat 133 in Beernem. Then cross the bridge over the railway. At the top of the bridge, you can take the stairs down to the platforms. The left platform is platform 1). There is a train to Bruges every hour (about 15 minutes past the hour). The journey between Beernem and Bruges takes just 11 minutes.
