Between Roeselare and Cassel, there is a wide variety of routes. This route goes through Flanders Fields (Passendale, Ypres) to Heuvelland, with Lettenberg, Speelberg, Ravensberg, and Catsberg as the main obstacles. From there it goes to Cassel and returns via the flat lands of Watou and Vleteren. The route is low in traffic, runs along well-drivable roads, and is therefore ideal for a sporty challenge. But with the many vistas, beautiful nature, and numerous eating and drinking establishments, the recreationalist also gets their share. Although, for 140 km and 750 meters of elevation, you’d better be a bit fit... :)
