Description by the author

The Hageven-De Plateaux nature reserve spreads over Belgium and the Netherlands. It is an oasis of 600 hectares with heathland, fens, forests and grasslands, where the Dommel winds its way along the beautiful landscape. In this walk the southern (Belgian) part is mainly visited.
