The country of Herve is a region where rural common sense is still relevant. Farmers let their cows wander in the meadows among the high-stem trees, with a double benefit: the cows' milk is used to make Herve cheese, which is considered the most authentic cheese in our country. And the fruits of apple and pear trees are made into syrup. A bike ride through the hilly countryside will make you savor both the pretty undulations of the landscape and the delights that this fertile land offers us.

ITINERARY : 38 km / hilly / Herve – Julémont – Aubel – Froidthier – Thimister – Battice – Herve
