With a course of 4 km, 5.3 km, or 11.7 km, all runners will find their sporting challenge. The green loop of 4 km starts from the Grand Noble welcome gate. At the entrance of the Polderdreef, the blue loop of 5.3 km starts. The 11.7 km loop can be started from either the Grand Noble welcome gate or the welcome gate at Polderdreef. If you start at Polderdreef, near the N60 (De Pinte), you will follow the black arrows; if you start at Grand Noble (Sint-Denijs-Westrem), follow the red arrows.

The Parkbos boasts no less than ten castles with accompanying parks. Forests, impressive avenues, and pollarded trees characterize the landscape. Young forest plantations and herb-rich grazing areas also make it a green urban lung. Notably, the avenue structure in the Scheldevelde subdivision. From the gate of the Scheldevelde castle, seven avenues fan out across the landscape. A little further on, you will find the Zevenster, a central point where seven avenues converge.
