This is a landscape walk through the valley of the Noordermark and the original source area of the Noordermark, namely the Moer. This beautiful walk has been made possible by the land consolidation project Zondereigen, during which large parts of the Noordermark valley were developed for nature. At the same time, these areas were opened up for recreational walkers by the construction of walking paths. The land consolidation project Zondereigen was completed in 2016 and had the objectives of strengthening dynamic agriculture as well as protecting the high natural values that are characteristic of this region.

The pleasant village café Het Schuttershof in Zondereigen serves as the starting point and end of the walk.

This walking route completely follows the junction network of the province of Antwerp.
