Routing: Walk - most beautiful

Highlights: Dining and drinking facilities and disabled toilet at the start and end points. Ample parking opportunities. Paved asphalt roads in good to very good condition.

The walk starts in the Provincial Domain Het Leen, a domain of forest and half paved walking paths. There are fishing ponds available and much more. Once you leave the domain behind, you come along a beautiful paved road by the water (Eeklo Canal) and further paved country paths take you through meadows and fields. You only need to go along a bike path on the roadway and you cross the roadway just once. Traffic is almost non-existent but you should let tractors pass by!
