After descending Cottessen, at the end turn right and continue driving on the asphalt strip. After about 300 m. turn left onto a hardened path that may be muddy after a rainy period. At the border B/NL, there is a large boulder that one can drive around. Then you drive down via the asphalt path to camping Le Vieux Moulin.
