Via GR 125 to Olloy-sur-Viroin, then back to Nismes via GR12 (make sure to deviate from GR halfway to create a loop)
Quite a challenging but very beautiful walk. Barely any asphalt, a lot of forest...
The nature park of Fondry des Chiens is definitely worth it.
