Onze Lieve Vrouwkespad part 5. Mol > Meerhout

This is the fifth stage of the Onze Lieve Vrouwkespad. The complete route runs from the H Eik in Oirschot (NL) to the basilica in Scherpenheuvel (B). This walk goes from Mol (B) to Meerhout (B). In Mol you first visit the Stations of the Cross "the 15 chapels".

After Mol you go over the Molse Nete on your way to the Grote Nete near Meerhout. Despite the fact that you go a very large part through Mol, the route is not boring at all. You'll be surprised how often you come across small sneak paths. Where you pass houses and businesses, it is very nice to see how varied the modern architecture of the buildings is. This does not only apply to Mol, On the way in Eezaat you can have a drink at café IET AANDERS. Just before Meerhout you follow De grote Nete to the watermill and then "sneak" to the center. In Meerhout the route ends at the St. Trudo church. Unfortunately, the church is not always open so you have to bring a candle to burn there.
