The route zigzags between calming meadows, wooded hills, and fairy-tale valleys. However, don't let that throw you off and pay close attention to where you place your feet! The path is adventurous and sometimes very steep.
This substantial hike is part of the entrance tests for the Mount Coach training. To pass this stage, the participants had to complete the entire route within a time of 6 hours, packed with a backpack containing two climbing ropes for the necessary extra weight. Challenging!
How challenging? You can find out for yourself. The route is marked with two yellow balls and starts in the Mecca of Belgian climbing, better known as Freyr. The route can easily be shortened and tracked using this GPX file.
