The Da Vinci Last Supper of Tongerlo

Since 1545, the Abbey of Tongerlo has possessed a precious cloth: the most faithful and beautiful replica of the Last Supper, which Leonardo da Vinci painted in the refectory of the monastery Santa Maria delle Grazie in Milan. As the original fresco has suffered so much over time that little of its original beauty remains, our 'Last Supper' has become all the more valuable. If you want to fully enjoy the beauty of Leonardo's Last Supper, a visit to our museum comes highly recommended. Especially now that we have an audio-visual presentation explaining this unique masterpiece.

The museum is open from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.:

daily from May 1 to September 30

daily during the Easter holiday (except on Good Friday and Easter)

every Sunday in March, April, and October

Admission prices:

€ 3 per person

€ 2 for students, seniors over 60, holders of an Open Monumentenkaart, and groups of at least 15 people
