Cycling and walking along chapels
Feel like getting some fresh air? Want to discover new places?
Then the Chapel Trail is for you. It consists of a cycling and walking route designed so you can pass by 40 chapels through the rolling landscape.
The brochure also includes a beautiful topographic map of the entire Gingelom area.
Not only will you be able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings here in Gingelom, but it can also be a great experience with your family or friends.
Each chapel is dedicated to a specific person. Take the chapel in Mielen-Boven-Aalst for example; it is dedicated to St. Anne. This means that they all have their own history, one by one.
In addition to the historical features, you can also enjoy various frames, the altar, the candles or statues, and above all, the atmosphere.
