Nice walk in the Kempen. The car can be parked at the Balsakker sports centre in Lille. From Lille you go to Vorselaar to walk through the beautiful park of "Castle of Vorselaar".

"The castle has been the pride of Vorselaar for centuries. Around 1270 the first stone was laid by the knights of Rotselaar. The floor plan was largely preserved to this day. The castle houses a treasure trove of history and stories, and has been inhabited by noble families all this time." Source: kasteelvanvorselaar.be

It is a nice walk but we have to be honest and mention that you pass "Moto Cross Lille" on the way and that can be quite noisy. We were lucky, there were no activities so it was quiet.
