Nobel, the lion from the Reynaert story, is your guide. The Nobel route is situated in the central axis of the Waasland region. From Sint-Gillis, the route goes past Sint-Niklaas and Belsele. The route then passes through Sint-Pauwels, Kemzeke and the forests of Stekene beyond the border to Heikant in Zeeland Flanders. The final stretch leads along the edges of the Stropersbos and an old railroad bed back to the starting point.
