In Essen there are three beautiful mountain biking loops to discover, where you can enjoy nature and a challenge. 3 completely different routes; one route of 40 km through the landscapes in the north of the province of Antwerp, one more technical route in the Horendonkse forests of 12 km, and a technical bike trail in the Wildertse Duintjes of 5 km.

1. Large Connection Loop (39 km): This route is marked with yellow arrows and starts at Tourism Essen at Moerkantsebaan 50.
2. Course Horendonkse Forests (12.1 km): This green loop starts at tavern De Bosrust at Kleine Horendonk 8.
3. Course Wildertse Duintjes (4.9 km): This route begins at the parking lot of the Wildertse Duintjes.
