From 'KOERS' you cycle to Hooglede, more specifically to 'Sint Jozef/De Geite'.
Along rural, rolling roads you reach 'Werken' and 'Vladslo', two rural village centers in a quiet environment. The road along the 'Handzamedijk' takes you to 'Diksmuide', known as butter city. Along the 'Begijnhof' you reach the river 'De Ijzer'.

The cycling route takes you along the IJzer and through quiet villages such as Sint-Jacobskapelle & Oudekapelle, where the 100km route continues towards 'Lampernisse', a forgotten village in the 'Westhoek'. Through the flat polder landscape, we wind our way towards 'Steenkerke', the village of Willem Vermandere, and 'Veurne'. You cycle through the historic center.

The longer distances lead towards ‘De Moeren’. This reclaimed area includes a Belgian and French section, where the 150km route crosses to 'Bergues'. You cycle right through both areas. This unique polder landscape is thus the lowest point of Belgium.

Via 'Houthem' you reach the villages 'Bulskamp' and 'Oeren', where the 100km and 125km routes reconnect.

Along winding roads by water and fields we reach the 'Knokkebrug' and 'Ieperleekanaal'.

Near the '3-grachten', we turn left towards Merken and discover the 'Beukelaeremolen'. Further on the return journey, we avoid the village centers and enjoy a peaceful cycling environment. Everywhere you see references to our war past, and we pass the rear of the 'military domain in Houthulst'.

Along rural roads, you cycle through many fields and crops towards the center of 'Westrozebeke'.
From here, you cycle in a straight line to the finish at 'KOERS' in Roeselare.
