Cycling loop along the consolation spots of Ferm Groot-Beringen

A few months ago, six Ferm consolation spots opened in Greater Beringen. The places of consolation are appreciated by the Beringen community, they are all beautiful places where you can relax for a while, find courage again in the beautiful messages that visitors leave behind. The flower bulbs that were planted there are a symbol of solidarity, hope and strength. You could already discover this beautiful display of flowers in the spring. The Ferm departments decorate these comfort places a few times a year in a different theme, so you have a different experience during your visit, the following months this theme is of course 'summer'. Over the past few weeks, the Ferm departments of Groot-Beringen have worked out a cycling tour together. This is the result. In this way, they create more connection in Beringen. The cycling loop along the six consolation spots in Beringen is 40 km long. This initiative will run from 21 June to 31 August 2021. Please note: on 1 September 2021, the bridge over the Albert Canal in Tervant will be temporarily closed! The route description starts and ends at the consolation spot in Koersel, but you can start at any consolation spot in Groot-Beringen, as it is a cycling loop.
