We were told that it was a lovely little walk in the summer, but now, in winter, we advise against it unless you enjoy splashing around in the mud. The ponds and streams that multiply along the route make the walk spongy. It's great to do with a dog, as a very large protected area along the route allows them to be let off the leash.
