Walk in the countryside, starting from the Abbey of Affligem (Affligem in Flemish Brabant is part of the Groene Gordel, but the walk mainly takes place in East Flanders as we mostly travel through the countryside of Aalst). Aside from a few road crossings, it's only paths and trails (90%).
Passage by the Kluiskappel which is worth the detour. Very beautiful landscapes.
Be sure to wear boots if it has rained a lot, as some passages may become muddy.
