AzureThe coastal route is 85 kilometers long and lets you taste nature, maritime history and culture, along the beach, through dunes and forests, and flat polder landscapes. You cycle along the Zwin Nature Park in Knokke-Heist to the Westhoek nature reserve in De Panne. Along the way you will get acquainted with the history of coastal life: from the Roman city of Oudenburg over medieval Nieuwpoort, the Belle Epoque nostalgia in De Haan to the post-war architecture of Ostend.
